Signature on my Instagram Photos

Hello Lovelies!!

So a lot of you guys have been asking me about the signature that I have recently started uploading on my Instagram pictures. I got my signature done from a website called Photologo – So they claim that every signature is individually drawn by hand by professional calligraphy artists. They charge $39.99 Per Handcrafted Boutique Design for desktop and mobile applying will be included.

Ordering a photologo can be quite simple which includes only 3 steps:

  1. Choose how thick do you want your photologo to be? & how curly do you want your Photologo?
  2. What would you like your signature to say? & Do you want a short tagline underneath your signature?
  3. How soon do you want your handwritten photologo? – If you want your photologo within 24 hours you would have to pay 49.99$, 39.99$ for within 48 hours, & 38.99$ for within 7 days.

This is how my photologo looks like:

Hope this post has helped!

The Best Advice

When I was in my teens a very smart woman gave me a very good advice that I wish to share with you today.

She told me ‘Shahla an advice I want to give you in life is to never take success for granted and do not lose hope because of failures’  This was the best advice I could get as I was growing up. Yes Success is great but, not letting it get to your head is the most important thing. If your successful be kind be humble. On the other hand failure is greater because it is a great teacher, it teaches you to stand up again when you fall. Failure is not the end but an opportunity to learn.

Don’t worry guys! I’ve not turned into a philosopher YET, I just wanted to share this with you. Also I would appreciate if you guys could share some of the advice you got in life. Drop your comments down below or on my Instagram messages (Instagram : Shelo_27)

Looking forward to hearing from you!

March Goals!

Wow! Its the third month of 2017 already you guys! Its been C-R-A-Z-Y so far, the last two month just flew for me. I must say it was quite productive for me wherein I got to do & learn a lot of new things. Also I completed 1 month of blogging – ‘Happy 1 month anniversary to me‘ (Yayyyyyyyy!!!!)

I’ve been doing my homework before I started blogging & saw a lot of bloggers who kept setting goals for themselves, setting up goals is a great way to keep you going & also achieving all that you wish for one step at a time. Since childhood, I must say I’ve been AMAZING at setting goals – but HORRIBLE at achieving them! Hence, today I’ll be doing a Goals Post for the month of March. Why a goals post? So that I’ll be under pressure to achieve them & not be a bad example to my readers. But before that, you need to know what happened in the first two months this year;

My January & February Goals were:

Offer help at my brother’s wedding (I was the “unofficial” event manager there)

Start a blog (I did! Had to gather a lot of courage for this one)

Start a physical activity (Started Swimming)

Design your own clothes for your brother’s wedding (Yes I did it! I’ll be blogging about the wedding & the clothes obviously!!)

Read more (I read a lot of useful blogs)

Start learning a new language (Did not happen)

My March Goals are:

Upload a turban tutorial

Show up to work on time (Guys I Promise you I get late because of traffic – EVERYDAY!! AARGGGHHH)

Swim thrice a week

Set a weekly budget for me (and try not to fall into the trap of buying another pair of those gorgeous shoes)

Help my cousins during their exam

Write a minimum of 2 blog posts a week

Get my blog posts ready for a week in advance

Drink more water

What are your March goals guys? – Comment below and let me know 🙂

Take care beautiful people!

This Valentine’s – Make a difference!

Why is Valentine’s day always associated with your boyfriends, girlfriends or spouses? Isn’t this the day of love? So why do you have to limit expressing our love to only that one person. You may say because they are ‘special’ – Ok! Agreed they are special! So isn’t your mum special? Isn’t your cat special? Isn’t your best friend with whom you have a platonic relationship special? Aren’t kids in the orphanage who have no family special?

Valentine’s Day is considered as a lovely day to express your love, and we should try not to stick to please that one person. You need to share the love with everyone that is special to you. “How do I walk up to my father randomly & say ‘I love you’? That’s gonna be awkward” – if your not the ‘expressing with words’ type then you have so many other ways to express your love. For instance, hold that door for a few more seconds for someone, offer an act of kindness, write a note for your little sibling, make coffee for your colleague, give a compliment to someone, tell a good joke or a bad one.Its simple things in life that makes people happy & if you are in any which way a reason for that happiness that alone will increase the love for you in their hearts! Be that reason this Valentine’s Day and bring that beautiful change. It would cost you nothing but make a huge difference!

P.S: don’t forget to send flowers to your loved ones ocassionally & not just on Valentine’s!

What I love & not love about Paris

Hello you guys!

So I decided to keep this post short & simple. Following my vacation in Paris here is a list of what I love & Not Love about Paris!!

What I loved about Paris ❤️

1.The Parisans we met on our trip were very friendly & helpful unlike the stories we had heard or read. Lesson? Do not believe everything you hear.

2.DONT MISS THE CROISSANTS & MACARONS. Tip:Have A croissant first things in the morning from a local bakery & A Macaron from LADURÉE.

3.The Eiffel Tower sparkling in the night – a gorgeous sight you will always remember. Don’t miss this sight for anything in the world!! Ok you can miss it for Game of Thrones.

4.Fashion. This city is a Freaking Fashion Runway. Don’t be surprised when you see women wear high heels, pretty dress & cherry red lipstick to buy some milk from the local grocery. Motto to follow here:

“People will stare. Make it worth their while” – Harry Winston

5.Street musicians and performers.

6.Moulin Rouge

7.You get to see gorgeous panoramic views of the city.

By ‘view’ I did not mean us, it’s the background. You can consider us as a view as well, we wouldn’t mind that.

9. Artists in Montmartre

10. Montmartre

11. Learning French pronunciations. How would you pronounce Champs Elysees? Answer: Shonz-lee-zay.

12. Window shopping in Champs Elysees.

13. Posing by the Seine River.

What I did not love about Paris 💔
1. A lot of People trying to Con you. You see beggars & homeless don’t be fooled – they probably have more money than you.

2. The Louvre. Mona Lisa, especially this painting is not worth the hype. Also I don’t like art, but if that’s what makes you happy then go ahead my friend.

3. Too darn touristy that it gets annoying.

4. It is an expensive city. (won’t stop me from going back)

Until next time folks!
